About Gucci

Gucci has opened leather craft rooted in luggage and equestrian culture toward each era's music, film, youth culture, and decorative excess. Fragrance is not fixed as the smell of one tradition. Florals, fruit, woods, and spices give dimension to the people and worlds imagined by changing creative direction.

History

Inspired by travelers and luggage he observed while working at a London hotel, Guccio Gucci opened a shop on Via della Vigna Nuova in Florence in 1921. Leather goods, travel objects, and equestrian-derived hardware and motifs carried the company from family business to international fashion house. Gucci is now a central brand within Kering, while Coty operates beauty and fragrance under license.

Philosophy & Signature Style

Craft is not confined to quiet conservatism. Logos, colors, plants, animals, and historical quotations collide. White florals may fill an imagined garden at high density, while fruit and woods can be layered like saturated fields of color. Beneath the decoration remains the utility of early travel goods. Ornament functions as a vocabulary through which the wearer selects a personal story rather than as a command to accept one house identity.

Iconic Fragrances

  • *Bloom* — Jasmine, tuberose, and Rangoon creeper create the density of a garden filled with flowers.
  • *Flora Gorgeous Gardenia* — White florals, fruit, and a sugary glow express vivid, accessible delight.
