Tears From The Moon
Airier white peony meets dewy lily of the valley and radiant stephanotis in a dragonfly-inspired floral bouquet.
Perfumer: Alberto Morillas
Tears From the Moon brings white peony, lily of the valley and stephanotis together in a dewy floral bouquet. Created by Alberto Morillas and introduced in 2022, the eau de parfum belongs to Gucci’s Alchemist’s Garden collection. A dragonfly’s free, joyful spirit provides its central image. Peony, associated with richness and honour, meets greener lily of the valley and more radiant stephanotis. It suits someone who enjoys softer white flowers with a clearer, fresher outline and a lighter spring-bouquet impression.
White peony provides an airy, gentler flower. Lily of the valley adds greener dewiness around that fuller floral character, with a slight animalic facet beneath its fresher impression. Stephanotis, also called Madagascar jasmine, offers another radiant white-flower theme. It broadens the relationship between softer peony and the clearer, more dewy lily-of-the-valley character. The three flowers connect gentler sweetness, greener freshness and a more open texture, allowing the bouquet to feel both delicate and more fully floral.
Try it for a spring garden visit or lunch on a brighter day. A white shirt or lighter pale green clothing can meet the flowers and dewy impression. The selected 100mL bottle has rounded shoulders and white glass beneath a gold-toned stopper. A dragonfly with open wings appears above the name, framed by fine golden leaves and a ribbon. Its antique apothecary-inspired form gives the freer animal theme a softer setting, with delicate gold lines echoing the lighter white floral bouquet.
