About Bon Parfumeur

Bon Parfumeur is a Paris fragrance house established by Ludovic Bonneton. Memories of travel and everyday life guide its creations, including the cocoa, coffee and fragrant flowers he encountered in Colombia. For its founder, perfume offers a way to preserve emotions and scenes, much as a photograph holds a moment.

History

After working as a digital entrepreneur, Bonneton began developing perfumes with professional perfumers. The first collection reached the market in June 2016, followed by a boutique in the Marais district of Paris at the end of that year. Collaborations with creators including Nathalie Koobus and Corinne Cachen shaped the numbered collection. The range later expanded into extracts and fragrances bearing individual names alongside their numbers.

Philosophy & Signature Style

The house encourages a fragrance wardrobe, with different perfumes selected for a mood or an outfit. The first digit of each number and the bottle color indicate an olfactory family, offering a guide to the collection. Bonneton shares a memory or a scene with a perfumer, developing the idea through conversation and trials. French makers contribute to the fragrance, glass bottles, labels and packaging.

Iconic Fragrances

001 Cologne Première translates memories of a grandmother’s cologne into citrus, orange blossom and musk. The extract of 502 Iris Cartagena recalls a Colombian evening through rum, cocoa and iris. 901 Soir Tonka, centered on warm woods and spices, traces back to the house’s first composition.
