502 Iris Cartagena Extrait De Parfum
A first dinner with his wife in Cartagena, recalled through rum, cacao, coffee, iris and drier woods.
Perfumer: Clément Marx
502 Iris Cartagena Extrait de Parfum honours Ludovic Bonneton’s first dinner with his wife in Cartagena. Clément Marx joined the Colombian summer night and its after-dinner rum, coffee and chocolates with woody textures for this 2024 edition.
Antillean rum, West African cacao and mandarin petitgrain combine spirit and beans with a greener edge. Moroccan iris, Indian sandalwood, vanilla and American cedar bring powdery and warmer woody facets. Sugarcane, Indian papyrus, Indonesian vetiver and coffee from Ethiopia and Côte d’Ivoire connect sweetness with drier woods.
The fragrance is shown in square 100mL glass. It suits evenings when gourmand warmth feels most inviting as an after-dinner impression of spirits and coffee.
