501 Praline Royale
Crunchy praline within powdery iris, with hazelnut, licorice and amber recalling eager childhood memories.
Perfumer: Philippe Romano
501 Praline Royale began with an image of crunchy praline unfolding inside powdery iris, wrapped in cashmere softness. Philippe Romano translated Ludovic Bonneton’s wish to awaken impatient childhood memories through sweetness and texture.
Bergamot and yuzu bring a tart edge beside the greener, toasted character of hazelnut. Iris, praline and licorice combine powder, toasted sugar and an anise-like sweetness. Amber, musk and patchouli add warmth, roundness and a quieter earthy foundation.
This eau de parfum is shown in a square 100mL bottle with a black cap. It offers an inviting choice when confectionery sweetness feels most appealing beside the calmer powdery character of iris.
