106 Chromatic Rose
A rose symphony inspired by the ballet Manon, joining Damask and upcycled rose with davana, vanilla and soft balsams.
Perfumer: Caroline Dumur
The current inspiration for 106 Chromatic Rose is the ballet Manon, which moved Ludovic Bonneton. Caroline Dumur paired richly fruity Damask rose with an upcycled rose and surrounded the flowers with vanilla and balsamic softness.
Damask rose, pink pepper and ambrette seeds introduce flowers and gentle spice. Davana contributes a fruity, liqueur-like impression beside the fresher upcycled rose and dry woody papyrus. Vanilla, Peru balsam and sandalwood give the foundation powdery softness and a warmer, milky woody texture.
This eau de parfum is shown in square 100mL glass. It suits an unhurried evening when the clear character of rose feels inviting alongside fruity sweetness and softer balsamic warmth.
