Cedarise

Cedarise pays tribute to the tree within its name. Cool spices, green leaves and the texture of roots suggest time spent in the shade of a cedar. Clear woody contours also convey something of the density of a forest.

Cardamom, black pepper and elemi open the fragrance. Violet leaf and geranium add a softer green aspect at the heart. Vetiver, cedarwood, moss and patchouli form the base, laying earthy and mossy shade over dry wood. Its depth comes from plant-like textures rather than pronounced sweetness.

Choose it when woods should feel fresh and leafy. A walk in understated clothes or time spent concentrating at a desk can suit it. Herbal and spicy freshness gives another point of interest for someone seeking more than the weight of wood alone.

First launched in 2018, the original eau de parfum is credited to Philippe Paparella-Paris. Current 100mL and 50mL presentations share a green cylindrical bottle and gold cap. The alcohol-free formula is another characteristic of the house.
