About Hermetica Paris

History

Hermetica Paris is a French fragrance house launched in 2018 by Clara and John Molloy, the founders behind Memo Paris and Floraiku. Its name refers to Hermetic writings and to the alchemical idea of transforming and uniting different materials.

Philosophy & Signature Style

The house is built around an alcohol-free base combining water, humectants, and fragrance. Molecules derived from sugarcane are used to give scent a softer, more moisturizing presence on skin. Hermetica presents natural materials and aroma molecules, perfume and skincare, and nature and science as complementary rather than opposing ideas.

Iconic Fragrances

Source1, centered on bergamot, amber, and woody musks, forms a shared foundation and layering base for the collection. Early creations include Jade888, Greenlion, and Spiceair, each translating a different green or aromatic idea through the house base.
