Verticaloud gives the depth of oud an upward movement. The first half of its name suggests a vertical ascent. Rose broadens the presence of wood and amber, while a softer, enveloping side balances their intensity.
Rose, mandarin and nutmeg open the fragrance. Cinnamon and violet leaf add warm spice and green shade at the heart. Amber and oud meet cypriol, amyris and vetiver in the base, connecting floral presence with resinous wood and the texture of roots.
Wear it for an evening when warm woods and resins should create a composed presence. Textured fabrics, a tailored jacket or a quiet dinner can suit it. Rose provides another point of interest for someone drawn to a dialogue between flowers and wood.
The fragrance appeared in 2018, with the original composition credited to Philippe Paparella-Paris. Current 100mL and 50mL presentations contain an alcohol-free eau de parfum. The tall green bottle and perforated gold cap connect it to the wider collection.
