Aoud Lagoon imagines a soft woody breeze travelling between sea and jungle. Montale names mystical lotus, osmanthus and Sicilian mandarin among its inspirations, bringing different floral textures into a brighter citrus landscape.
Lemon and mandarin open with the fuller floral character of osmanthus. Tiare and lotus meet patchouli and oud in a heart joining softer flowers with darker wood. Leather, oakmoss, vetiver and white musk support the flowers through calmer leathery, rooty and mossy textures.
The gold 50mL aluminium bottle carries a gold spray and charm. It appeals when floral richness feels welcome together with the grounding character of wood and greenery.
