Rose Absolument centers the fullness and depth of rose absolute. Serge de Oliveira composed this eau de parfum in 2020 for a collection exploring an ideal rose. Honeyed softness and resinous shades surround its richer petals, emphasizing a more sensuous and substantial floral character.
Elemi and geranium introduce clear resin and a greener floral outline. Turkish rose absolute, osmanthus absolute and honey give the heart fuller flowers with softer, fruit-like facets. Labdanum absolute, patchouli and papyrus deepen the floral sweetness into drier wood and warmer resin.
The selected 100mL flacon gives the composition a tangible presence. The rounded glass bottle carries an R monogram and decorative tassels around its neck. A dressed occasion on a cooler day or an evening outing suits its depth. Fuller flowers, honey and resins offer a warmer setting around the central rose.
