Ballerina N°2

Ballerina N°2 evokes the confident presence of a prima ballerina at the center of the stage. Benoist Lapouza composed the fragrance, which the house dates to 2014. The Ballerina rose remains its theme, with soft flowers and fruit given additional fullness by a warmer amber character.

Bergamot, raspberry and orange blossom bring fruit and flowers into the opening. Rose, magnolia, violet, eglantine and iris add fuller petals and a powdery outline to the heart. Sandalwood, patchouli, ambrette, vanilla and amber carry that floral presence into a rounded, warmer finish.

The selected 50mL flacon gives the composition a tangible presence. The rounded glass bottle wears tulle around its neck, recalling the tutu of a ballet costume. An evening outfit or a more dressed occasion gives its flowers room to unfold, with amber and vanilla providing warmth around the softer floral textures.
