Cupid's Kiss considers the complexity of love in its different forms, from friendship and family bonds to romance. Created by Julien Rasquinet and introduced in 2024, it places soft suede beside orris in an extrait de parfum whose contrasting textures move from the excitement of an opening encounter towards a more enveloping warmth. The subject is expressed through the materials and their changing relationship.
Pink pepper gives the opening a warmer sparkle against the brighter citrus of bergamot. In the heart, buttery orris meets the rounder character of immortelle absolute. Labdanum, oud, New Caledonian sandalwood and suede form the base, bringing powdery softness and warmer woods into contact with a smoother leather impression.
Consider it for a quiet evening out, or when you want the softer feel of suede rather than a sharper leather effect. The 100mL bottle has purple glass, a rose-gold-coloured cap and metal shoulders. Its purple circular medallion carries the eagle and fragrance name, while a thick, translucent glass base extends the colour and gives the bottle its weightier outline.
