L’Air du Désert Marocain Noir
A continuation into the desert night, with warm cistus resins and dry amber lit by star-like citrus.
Perfumer: Andy Tauer
Stones holding the heat of the day beneath a starry desert sky inspired L’Air du Désert Marocain Noir. Andy Tauer spent more than a year developing this continuation of the original. He deepened the resinous warmth of cistus and gave the amber a drier, more expansive character. Labdanum, leather and cedarwood bring warmth, while bergamot, lemon and petitgrain shimmer like cold starlight. Sweetness is low to medium, with a strong presence. This elixir contains 30% fragrance oil. Its pentagonal blue 50 mL bottle has a black label with a red-orange arc and a dark cap.
