Blue Eyeshadow
Cardamom and rosewood lead into oud, sandalwood and vetiver, with amber, tonka and vanilla offering warmer softness.
Perfumer: Florian Gallo
Blue Eyeshadow explores freedom and imperfection through warmer woods and spice. Its inspiration refers to Jane in Wim Wenders' film Paris, Texas, a figure associated with tenderness, wounds and a quieter sense of resolve. Created by Florian Gallo and introduced in 2024, the eau de parfum belongs to a chapter devoted to lovers, artists and the emotional lives of people in the present.
Cardamom and rosewood form the opening, followed by oud, sandalwood and vetiver at the heart. A clearer spicy character meets both drier and creamier woody textures, before amber, tonka bean and vanilla provide a warmer base. Musk also forms part of the fragrance's stated creative direction, adding softness around the relationship between its more vivid beginning and gentler sweetness.
Consider it when you enjoy spice accompanied by smoother wood and a sweeter trail. Cooler weather or an outing when you want a warmer fragrant setting offers one way to explore that combination. Golden-toned liquid is visible through the clear glass of the 100mL bottle, which carries red lettering and a rounded black cap. Its restrained design leaves the colour of the liquid and the contrast of the lettering to provide the more vivid visual detail.
