Mandarin and aldehydes meet iris and rose over soft suede and sandalwood, inspired by Paul’s dream of an island with an ocean overhead.
Perfumer: Maud Chabanis
Paul dreams of an island where the ocean hangs overhead and lemon trees exist only as shadows. He keeps trying to jump into the water, only to fall back onto the sand. Maud Chabanis gives the dream a combination of brightness and soft texture. Mandarin meets aldehydes at the opening, followed by a heart of iris and rose. Suede adds a gently leather-like impression to a base of smooth sandalwood. The eau de parfum brings citrus, powdery flowers and quiet woods together.
