Oud Seven

For Oud Seven, Guichard imagined faceting oud like a diamond. Seven different materials reveal aspects of the central ingredient without hiding its richness. The fragrance began as a Harrods exclusive in 2021 and later became available through the house’s own boutiques and website.

Oud Assam oil from Bangladesh is the central material. Egyptian violet leaf, Balkan tobacco leaf, Haitian vetiver, Indonesian patchouli, Indian cypriol, Andalusian cistus and amber surround it. Greener leaves, dry wood and warmer resinous impressions give the oud several connected dimensions.

Consider it for a quieter evening or when exploring the leafy and earthy aspects of oud. The illustrated current eau de parfum is the 100mL presentation. Golden liquid shows through angular transparent glass, with a black cap and white label creating a clear contrast around the deeper colour.
