Bois Laqué
Lacquered wood, rum, rose and spice meet warmer resins and leather, evoking light on polished timber.
Bois Laqué draws on the layers of varnish, patina and relief found on worked wood. Light brushes a polished surface within a darker room of wood panelling and velvet. Resins and a more liquor-like warmth give the woody idea a rounder, more opulent texture.
A lacquered wood accord, Madagascan black pepper, elemi and rum open the composition. French Centifolia rose, Indonesian patchouli and saffron follow in the heart. Turkish styrax, Spanish labdanum and a leather accord form the base, lending warmer depth around the structure of the wood.
Consider it with quieter evening clothing or when wood should also carry rose, resin and a softer liquor-like sweetness. This extrait de parfum was introduced in 2026. Its illustrated 100mL presentation combines rounded green glass, a black cap and red lettering with a green lacquered wooden case.
