Theria
Iris and narcissus meet fresh cardamom and cedarwood in a powdery floral inspired by the poised, independent character of a zebra.
Perfumer: Jean-Claude Ellena
Theria looks to a zebra's poise and its determination to move freely. The name means wild animal, while the fragrance focuses on a personality suggested by that distinctive, self-possessed presence. Introduced in 2021, Jean-Claude Ellena's eau de parfum draws the portrait through the contrast between powdery flowers and a fresher, more animated spice.
Bergamot creates a brighter entrance. Iris, narcissus and cardamom then share the heart, bringing a soft floral powderiness into contact with a crisper spicy character. Cedarwood forms the base, giving the composition a drier outline without replacing the floral subject. The attraction lies in the meeting of softness and definition rather than in a crowded bouquet.
Consider it with a neatly cut shirt, or when you want a flower-led fragrance with the freshness of spice. The 100mL presentation shows pale liquid in a transparent rectangular glass bottle beneath a broad black cap. Its front carries the house's framed botanical motif, with Theria written clearly below.
