Moss Temple
Moss and woods portray the damp quiet of a temple garden, with citrus, ginger and soft iris in a water-based parfum.
Perfumer: Tatsushi Horita
Moss Temple turns toward the quiet moisture of a temple garden, where moss seems to absorb the sound of rain. The inspiration is a simple landscape shaped by natural terrain, expressed through woods and moss rather than decorative floral abundance. It joined the alcohol-free, water-based Eau Éclosion range in 2022.
Mandarin, cypress and ginger bring a little citrus light, green wood and spice into the opening. Okoume wood meets iris and muguet in the heart, softening the woody outline with floral texture. Moss, musk and sandalwood support a finish that suggests damp greenery and calm wood.
Its flat 50mL glass bottle has rounded corners and a black wooden cap. Shake before spraying the water-based formula. The shaded, understated composition suits quiet clothing on a rainy day or moments when a restrained woody atmosphere feels more appropriate than bright floral display.
