Pistil Whip

Pistil Whip sets creamy white flowers against the mineral impression of rain and wet stone. Douglas Little traces its inspiration to his own experience after an assault in New York, when he perceived tuberose and gardenia despite there being no flowers nearby. Pink pepper, bergamot and coriander lead into tuberose, tiare, gardenia, ylang-ylang and Moroccan rose. Vetiver, black tea absolute and elemi support the abundant floral heart. The fragrance turns that personal recollection into a contrast between lush petals and the atmosphere after a thunderstorm.
