Mulberry Fig
Fig and cardamom meet powderier orris, coconut and smoother woods around a warmer amber base.
Perfumer: Nicola Pozzani, Penny Ellis
Mulberry Fig takes inspiration from the large fig trees beside the lake in London’s St James’s Park. Creamier fruit and more bitter green leaves convey the character of that landscape. Created by Penny Ellis and Nicola Pozzani, the fragrance was introduced in 2022.
Fig, cardamom and violet leaf give softer fruit a spicier and greener edge. Powderier orris meets the green character of vetiver and smoother coconut at the heart. Sandalwood, cedar and amber form the finish, connecting fruit and floral texture with warmer, more composed wood.
Consider it for a walk through a park or when fruit should gain greener texture and quieter woods. The Japanese house suggests spring and summer wear. The illustrated 100mL Eau de Parfum has clear rectangular glass, a gold cap, a pale-green label edged in gold and a thick transparent base.
