Zuko
A liquid-perfume interpretation of powdered zuko incense, combining spices, conifers and agarwood.
Perfumer: Yasuyuki Shinohara
Zuko reinterprets a powdered incense used in Japanese religious practice as a liquid perfume. DI SER draws inspiration from materials associated with Kukai, including turmeric, clove, camphor and agarwood.
Turmeric and cinnamon leaf meet the cooling impression of camphor. Clove, hinoki, Japanese red pine and todomatsu connect the spice to a coniferous heart. Agarwood, vetiver, patchouli, sandalwood and benzoin give the base a deeper woody character with resinous sweetness.
