Night Idol begins with a scene: the lights dim and thousands of people wait in silence for the first note. Arturetto Landi expresses that moment, a racing heart held steady by confidence, through rich amber and woods.
The top is an accord of ripe mango, saffron and honey. Juicy fruit meets saffron's dry spice and the thick sweetness of honey, so the opening feels bright yet weighted.
Rose, lily of the valley, jasmine, heliotrope and iris form a wet floral bouquet, as if after rain. After the fruit and spice, this damp floral layer gives the composition a softer middle.
Agarwood leads the base. Around the dense wood sit ambergris, leather, warm musk and creamy vanilla: leather brings a firm texture, vanilla a rounded sweetness, and ambergris and musk a warm character. With its backstage story in mind, it suits a night out when you want a fragrance with presence.
