Gold Woman

A monumental floral aldehydic scent where sparkling rose and lily of the valley meet dense incense, powdery iris and jasmine over an animalic, woody base of ambergris, civet, musk, cedarwood and sandalwood.

Scent Development and Character

Gold Woman is a grand floral aldehydic composition that opens with luminous rose and lily of the valley veiled in sacred frankincense, immediately creating a champagne‑like sparkle over a solemn, resinous glow. The heart deepens into a rich bouquet of jasmine and orris whose powdery facets intertwine with balsamic myrrh, building a dense, almost cathedral‑like floral incense aura. In the drydown, animalic ambergris and civet melt into soft musks and a smooth blend of cedarwood and sandalwood, yielding a warm, velvety, classical base where incense, woods and florals remain tightly woven for hours.

Who It Is For and When to Wear It

Gold Woman wears as a formal, statement‑making perfume with considerable presence, best suited to evening occasions, ceremonies or moments when a confident, opulent aura is desired. Its dense floral‑incense structure and animalic base make it more challenging in casual or very warm settings, but it can be regal and enveloping in cool weather or controlled indoor environments. Application should be moderate, as the aldehydic opening and incense can project strongly before settling into a smoother, woody‑ambergris trail. Best suited to cool to cold weather, especially autumn and winter evenings, when its rich floral incense and animalic warmth feel luxurious rather than overpowering; can work in spring on cooler days, but is generally too heavy for hot summer conditions. Sillage is Strong projection and aura, especially in the aldehydic opening and incense‑rich heart, before slowly softening into a more diffused but still noticeable woody‑ambergris trail. Longevity is Very long‑lasting; a few sprays typically remain clearly perceptible for well over 10 hours on skin and can last into the next day on fabric. These are editorial estimates derived from the official composition and concentration and will vary with skin and climate.
