#Hashtag takes its inspiration from the digitalization that has seeped into everyday life. The brand renders this screen-mediated present as a scent that is cool to the touch yet deep, with a veil of smoke.
The top pairs aldehydes with violet leaf: the dry, metallic sparkle of the aldehydes meets the green, slightly damp edge of violet leaf, opening with something like a cold sheen. At the heart sit iris and frankincense. The brand names iris from the Landes region and Somalian incense among its materials, and here a powdery, hushed iris is threaded with a thin rise of dry resinous smoke. The base is cedarwood and musk, where the dry grain of Moroccan cedarwood is softened by musk, bringing the composition to a calm landing.
Sweetness is kept low; coolness and quiet take precedence over floral or fruity brightness. It suits days when you want a clean, almost mineral neutrality shaded by a touch of smoke.
