About Sidonie Lancesseur
Sidonie Lancesseur is a French Robertet perfumer who connects odors with places, people, and happy moments, then gives those emotions the form of an accord. Authenticity and curiosity guide formulas in which a material retains character and has a clear reason to be present.
Career
Around twelve, meeting a family friend in the fragrance industry made the profession imaginable, and she later studied at ISIPCA. A summer placement at Robertet in Grasse became decisive; she joined as an assistant perfumer in 2004 and became a perfumer under Michel Almairac in 2006. She now collaborates with a broad range of brands in the Paris fine-fragrance team.
Creative Style & Philosophy
The concise formulas learned from her mentor are not simplification but editing that gives every material a reason to exist. Patchouli, vetiver, papyrus, and labdanum appeal for their rough darker character, which is refined without being erased. Fire, wine, cigar, or the atmosphere of a book can become the beginning of a structure.

- *Old Fashioned* — Liquor, grain, and woods brought to a polished warmth.
- *Vétiver Santal* — Roots, dry woods, and soft light drawn into a clear line.
