Iris Pallida gives the softer powdered character of iris a more contemporary outline. Butter and absolute are framed by a fresh hazelnut inflection, with wood providing the foundation. Root-derived texture becomes central, giving the floral idea a rounder and more tactile form.
Iris absolute, a hazelnut accord and Cashmeran lead into iris pallida butter from Turkey and Italy, alongside Turkish rose. New Caledonian sandalwood, Spanish labdanum, patchouli and Ambroxan form the base. These materials support the iris with warmer wood and a fuller resinous texture.
Try it with soft knitwear or a quieter outfit when the roundness of iris should be the main impression. Sidonie Lancesseur created this eau de parfum, introduced in 2022. The illustrated 100mL bottle has rounded green glass, a black cap and a dark band label.
