Scent Development and Character

Almond Harmony opens with velvety, nutty almond brightened by luminous orange blossom, immediately giving a creamy, gourmand impression that stays airy rather than heavy. As it develops, a soft floral heart of iris, jasmine, heliotrope, and ylang-ylang unfolds, adding powdery, slightly tropical facets that smooth the edges of the almond and lend a plush, almost cosmetic texture. The base dries down into a warm, resinous blend of Tolu balsam, tonka bean, vanilla, and Peru balsam, with musk and a measured touch of Burma oud providing gentle depth and a subtly woody undertone rather than an aggressive oud note, resulting in a cocooning oriental floral aura.

Best suited to cool weather and evenings, Almond Harmony wears as a cozy yet polished gourmand-floral that works for intimate settings, relaxed elegance, and dressed-up occasions; its richness benefits from light application in warm climates. Particularly suited to autumn and winter, with enough softness to work on cooler spring days; generally too rich for hot, humid weather. Sillage is Moderate to moderately strong sillage, forming a distinct but not overpowering aura when sprayed with restraint. Longevity is Long-lasting, often remaining noticeable on skin for around 7–10 hours with a softer but persistent drydown.

Released in 2016, this is presented as Extrait de Parfum and credited to Andrea Thero Casotti. Handcrafted 75 ml glass bottle in The House of Oud’s signature rounded, stone-like shape, with a sculptural egg-form cap and hand-decorated finish, presented in the Klem Garden collection packaging.
