Scent Development and Character

Maddy opens with an almost icy, crystalline burst of frosted lemon zest, sharp and vivid yet transparently bright. Very quickly, a salted butter madeleine accord swells into focus: fluffy pastry warmth, creamy and slightly caramelized, pushed into motion by the deep alcoholic glow of aged rum that keeps the sweetness lively rather than sleepy. As it settles, toasted almond and vanilla bean unfold a dense, subtly smoky gourmand softness, brushed with airy white musks that keep the texture plush but skin-close rather than heavy.

Who It Is For and When to Wear It

Despite its 54% concentration, Maddy wears as a dense but relatively intimate gourmand, more like a luminous veil than a loud cloud. The icy citrus and boozy warmth make it well suited to evening wear and bar or speakeasy settings, yet its polished pastry accord can also work in daytime for those comfortable with sweeter scents. Cooler temperatures emphasize the buttery, almond-vanilla richness; in mild weather the lemon zest stays more prominent, giving a fresher edge. Best suited to autumn and winter, with workable usage in cooler spring or mild summer evenings for gourmand lovers. Sillage is Despite its intensity, the composition appears engineered to sit closer to the skin than a typical powerhouse extrait, with a moderate, enveloping sillage that becomes more intimate after the opening. Longevity is Given its 54% fragrance concentration and dense gourmand base, Maddy is estimated to have long-lasting to very long-lasting longevity, often persisting for most of a day on skin with minimal fading.
