PALE BLUE EYES
Inspired by Lou Reed's "Pale Blue Eyes" and by Chantal and Alexandra's pale eyes: blackcurrant bud and mandarin, violet and tuberose, then smoky vetiver over sandalwood and cashmeran.

Pale Blue Eyes takes its impulse from the legendary song of the same name, sung by Lou Reed, leader of the Velvet Underground, which Alexandra has listened to devotedly since adolescence. And as it happens, Chantal and Alexandra both have pale eyes, one pair green and the other blue.
Mandarin essence and blackcurrant bud open the scent. At its heart, tuberose absolute is paired with violet absolute.
In the base, vetiver reveals a woody character with smoky accents, then unfolds into the sensuality of sandalwood and cashmeran. The perfumer is Dominique Ropion.
