Rue de Soleil
Lemon and petitgrain meet shiso and herbs, opening toward verbena, neroli and vetiver.
Perfumer: Luca Maffei
Rue de Soleil translates sunshine and wind into the bittersweet brightness of lemon and petitgrain. Developed with Luca Maffei and released in 2018, this eau de toilette centers verbena and litsea cubeba. RANCÉ describes a movement from the clarity of neroli into amber as an expression of light and elegance.
Lemon, orange, ginger and Paraguayan petitgrain combine with shiso, basil and mint. Verbena, litsea cubeba and neroli extend that lemon-like brightness into the floral heart. Java vetiver, white amber and musk bring a quieter woody and soft finish.
The selected 50mL bottle has a clean classical profile. Its citrus and herbal character suits a change of pace in the morning or a daytime outing in a light shirt.
