Rêve d’Été takes its summer-dream title through the greenery of fig leaves and the softer texture of fig pulp. RANCÉ warms the lively impression of Sicilian lemon and foliage with an unusual combination of coconut and blackcurrant. Maurizio Cerizza composed this Rue Rancé eau de toilette, released in 2016.
Fig leaf, lemon, neroli, coconut and cassis combine greenery, citrus and fruit at the opening. Fig and sambac jasmine form the heart. Patchouli, fig wood, cedarwood, sandalwood, amber and white musk carry its rounded fruit impression into gentler woods.
The selected rectangular 50mL bottle bears a classical Rue Rancé label. The composition suits a relaxed afternoon in light clothing, when leafy freshness is welcome with the softness of coconut and fruit.
