Limanakia
Hot rocky-beach minerality and salt meet white flowers, labdanum and a skin-like animality.
Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume
Limanakia takes its setting from rocky beaches on the Aegean near Athens. Hot stone, sea wind, cistus bushes and the animality of mingling skin share the same scene. Salt carried by the water enters the warmer resinous character of the vegetation.
A rocky-beach accord is supported by cumin and sagebrush. Jasmine, lily of the valley and tiare meet immortelle and salty patchouli. Labdanum adds a warm leathery shade, giving the cooler mineral atmosphere a more skin-like depth. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
