Isparta
Turkish rose meets red fruit, resin and a deeper animalic woody texture.
Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume
Isparta takes its setting from the rose fields on the mountain slopes of the Turkish province. The richness of summer roses, gathered early while half open, is portrayed through fruit, wood and resin in a contemporary chypre.
Isparta rose and red fruits meet patchouli, calamus, Ambroxan and benzoin. A suggestion of burning resin and woody depth surrounds the flowers. Behind the sweeter fruit is a softer, animalic shade. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
