17.1 DILSHAD
Tuberose and pistachio’s greener bitterness are surrounded by almond milk and musk.
Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume
Dilshad gives tuberose a pistachio partner, following the more solitary floral study of Tubéreuse Couture. Shared bitterness and greener qualities connect the two, while a bath of almond milk and musk evokes an enfleurage-like floral image. The Persian name means “the one who brings happiness”.
Iranian pistachio, almond milk, tuberose, opoponax and musk meet in the composition. Rounded nuts and fuller flowers gain a contour from greener bitterness. Milkier textures and warmer balsams surround the dense white-floral character with a smoother softness. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
