29.1 À L’HEURE DES CATLEYAS
Citrus, cattleya and tiare are surrounded by sugi wood, warm sand and musks.
Perfumer: Pierre Guillaume
Cattleyas, used as a metaphor for intimacy in Proust’s novel, are recast through a contemporary summer memory. Skin still damp with sea water meets tropical flowers and golden afternoon light. Tenderness and fragrant memory become a quieter sensual impression.
Brighter citrus opens into a fuller heart of cattleya, tiare and sugi wood. Tonka, warm sand and musk support a softer background. Fresh peel leads towards flowers, then towards a warmth recalling sunlit skin. The selected 100 mL bottle combines clear rectangular glass with a black cap and circular label.
