Purpureum explores the mysterious warmth associated with purple, bringing several rich impressions together within the Fragments collection. Dark rum, coffee and cacao create a combination of sweetness and bitterness. Dried fig and licorice add concentrated fruity and sweet facets, while brown tobacco and leather contribute a drier texture. Immortelle, labdanum and myrrh bring warmth around those darker elements, with tonka adding further softness. Magnolia introduces a floral detail within the composition. The parfum is shaped by the way sweet, bitter, resinous and leather-like impressions meet, building a warm character with several distinct textures.
