Select Night
Olivier Cresp brought the freshness of a woody fougère together with a warmer, sweeter character in Select Night. The 2019 eau de parfum explores that duality as a sensual, mysterious fragrance, moving an airy aromatic opening towards deeper woods.
Bergamot, cardamom, and lavender open with citrus and cool spice. Orange blossom meets cedar and guaiac wood in the heart. Sandalwood, patchouli, and vanilla then give the woody base a smooth sweetness, while lavender keeps a composed line through the warmer finish.
The 100 mL bottle combines a black cap, dark grey body, and the Mercedes star. An evening outing or a jacket worn after sunset offers a fitting setting for the change from cool aromatics to softly sweet woods.
