About Mercedes-Benz
Mercedes-Benz fragrances extend the German automotive marque’s attention to design and materials into wearable scent. The three-pointed star connects the bottles with the wider brand, while the glass forms give each collection a distinct presence.
History
The first fragrance for men was presented in Cannes in 2011, with retail availability following in 2012. Developed with INCC and composed by Olivier Cresp, the original eau de toilette combined woody depth with floral freshness; the range later expanded into further masculine and feminine compositions.
Philosophy & Signature Style
The fragrance house works with perfumers including Olivier Cresp, Honorine Blanc, and Dominique Ropion, giving attention to both the selection of ingredients and the combinations they create. Its approach to packaging includes French glassmaking with recycled and recyclable glass, considered paper sourcing, and water-based inks. Shape, texture, and fragrance are treated as related parts of the experience, with the bottles carrying the marque’s emblem into everyday use.
Iconic Fragrances
Club Black explores a warm vanilla and woody character, while Land, Sea, and Air interpret different natural elements through separate fragrances. The offering also includes women’s fragrances and the Maybach collection, extending the range of moods and materials beyond the first men’s eau de toilette.
