Tenger's Son
A contemplative warrior on the Mongolian steppe is evoked through aromatic spice, smoke, warm wood and vanilla.
Perfumer: Antoine Lie
Tenger’s Son looks into the inner world of a Mongolian warrior at a moment of reflection. Stars sharpen the night above an expansive steppe, while campfire embers lend warmth. The scene centres on a strategist gathering his thoughts before the next step.
Ginger, galbanum and nutmeg establish a sharper aromatic opening. Birch tar brings smoke around a caviar accord and labdanum in the heart. Patchouli and guaiac wood anchor the base, where castoreum absolute and vanilla connect warmer, skin-like texture with the drier woods.
Consider it for an evening that calls for smoky wood with a clear spicy outline, or alongside a heavier coat. Antoine Lie created this extrait de parfum, introduced in 2026. The illustrated 75mL presentation has dark rounded glass, a broad bowl-shaped cap and a small golden nameplate.
