Piano Santal

L'Orchestre Parfum's white woody dream of waking inside a piano, built on sandalwood, warm milk and musks.

ピアノ サンタル 100mL ボトル

Piano Santal starts from a strange, gentle image: waking up inside a piano. The brand imagines white sheets and drowsy skin in a woody, surreal cathedral made of music, and calls the result a white woody dream.

The main notes are white sandalwood, cedar wood, white musks, heated skin, bergamot, ambroxan, warm milk and caraway. Creamy sandalwood and warm milk form a soft, pale center, while cedar gives it a drier wooden outline. White musks and the heated-skin note keep the drowsy-skin image close and intimate.

Bergamot brings brightness, and caraway, a seed with a mildly spicy, toasted character, adds a small savory edge that varies the sweetness of the milk.

Perfumer Jean Jacques composed the fragrance, and pianist Edouard Ferlet, trained in both classical music and jazz, provided its musical interpretation. The accompanying music is marked at 62 BPM, while the scent is described as languorous, milky and addictive.
