Mimosa Verveine
Fresher lemon verbena meets softer mimosa flowers, with moss adding quieter greenery around a gentler winter-sun impression.
Perfumer: Sophie Truitard
Mimosa Verveine connects the winter sunlight of Provence with yellow flowers and fresher verbena. As mimosa blooms towards the end of winter, its brighter flowers colour the hills of southern France. Sophie Truitard took a day in the Tanneron hills as her inspiration, from a cooler morning to gradually warmer sunlight. Introduced in 2026, the fragrance was released in Japan on 25 February as a limited edition, connecting mimosa with its role as a symbol of International Women’s Day. Mimosa extract from southern France meets fresher lemon verbena in the composition.
Lemon verbena suggests brighter, lemon-like citrus with fresher green leaves. Mimosa brings softer powdery flowers into the heart. Their gentler warmth meets the clearer citrus character, adding a more sunlit impression. Moss offers quieter damp greenery and earth-like detail in the base, evoking a forest floor after rain. Fresher leaves connect with softer flowers and more subdued green texture, for someone who enjoys mimosa with aromatic greenery and gentler warmth rather than fuller sweetness alone.
Try it for a walk while the wind is still cool, or an afternoon in a sunlit room, with pale yellow knitwear or softer white clothing. The selected 50mL bottle holds bright yellow liquid in clear glass. A black cylindrical cap and ringed neck sit above rounded shoulders. Yellow circles on the label evoke mimosa flowers, while pale green shapes suggest verbena leaves. Mimosa and Verveine appear at its centre, with a rounded lower edge and thicker glass base completing the lighter winter-sun theme.
