Ballerina N°5 evokes a generous, brilliant and exuberant woman. Delphine Lebeau composed it in 2019 from an idea by Marie-Hélène Rogeon. Inspired by the small flowers of the Ballerina rose bush, the eau de parfum combines floral and fruity brightness with softer powder and warm resins for a suave character.
Rose, tangerine, prickly pear and orange blossom provide a bright floral and fruity beginning. Turkish rose essence, crystallized violet, lychee, almond blossom and heliotrope contrast juiciness with softer powder in the heart. Rose absolute, benzoin, tonka bean, patchouli, cedar and guaiac wood carry the flowers into a warmer finish.
The selected 100mL flacon gives the composition a tangible presence. The rounded glass bottle wears tulle around its neck, recalling the tutu of a ballet costume. Bright clothing or an evening outing suits its softer rose sweetness. Fruit, powder and warmer resins bring a fuller setting around the flowers.
