a cigar stub
Cigar tobacco, black pepper, leather and resins evoke a warm, smoky atmosphere.
Perfumer: Hidenori Matsuno
A Cigar Stub takes the atmosphere of cigar smoke as its subject. Kilesa accents that idea with black pepper, then introduces leather and resins with an incense-like character. The name points to a spent cigar, while the composition explores the memory of smoke and the warmth left around it.
Lemon, tobacco and eucalyptus begin the perfume, adding brightness and coolness to its tobacco theme. Rose and geranium meet black pepper, clove, leather and myrrh in the heart. This combination places dry spice beside floral detail and resinous substance. Sandalwood, oud and vetiver continue into a base softened by benzoin, amber and musk. Woods and gentle sweetness support the smoky idea without making it a simple tobacco accord.
It suits a quiet evening when tobacco, leather and woods feel more inviting than freshness alone. The rounded 50 mL clear-glass bottle has a black cap, with the fragrance name printed directly on the front.
