Tyger Tyger
Sweet white flowers and peach jam contrast with burnt woods and leather in a Blake-inspired perfume.
Perfumer: Francesca Bianchi
William Blake’s The Tyger provides the starting point: beauty existing beside something frightening. Bianchi imagines a remnant of refinement surviving in a devastated world.
Rich white flowers, including tuberose, meet honey and peach-jam sweetness. Patchouli, sandalwood, oakmoss, oud and leather create a darker foundation with burnt and smoky qualities. The tension between the lush flowers and damaged-wood impressions gives the perfume its dramatic character.
