Honey Oud
Softer English honey and vanilla gain rose, oud, resins and the quieter depth of musk.
Honey Oud takes inspiration from baklava, imagining layered pastry infused with honey and vanilla. That sweeter construction meets deeper oud and rose. The Floris perfumery team developed the fragrance alongside Leather Oud, introducing it as an Eau de Parfum in 2014.
Bergamot and honey provide brightness and sweetness at the opening. Oud, patchouli and rose bring flowers and wood together at the heart. Amber, labdanum, oud, musk and vanilla form the finish, receiving the sweeter honey through warmer resin and a softer, more enveloping texture.
Consider it for a winter evening or when sweetness should gain more floral and woody depth. The Japanese house also suggests winter wear. The illustrated 100mL presentation has rectangular clear glass, a gold cap, a black label with gold edging and crests, amber-coloured liquid and a thick transparent base.
