Patchouli Memory

Patchouli Memory connects fresher bergamot and clary sage with flowers, spice and deeper, warmer woods. Created by Jordi Fernández and introduced in 2023, EX NIHILO’s eau de parfum places brighter pink pepper beside richer jasmine and ylang-ylang. The warmth of nutmeg meets patchouli, cedarwood and cistus, for someone who enjoys earthier woody character with softer flowers and smoother vanilla around it.

Bergamot opens alongside clary sage and pink pepper, joining brighter citrus to herbal character and a more vivid spicy outline. Jasmine and ylang-ylang then meet nutmeg in the heart, giving the freshness fuller floral texture and a warmer spicy setting. Patchouli, Akigalawood, cedarwood, cistus and vanilla form the base. Earthier wood and more spicy woody facets gain resin-like warmth from cistus, with smoother vanilla sweetness alongside them. The structure connects a clearer aromatic opening with flowers and spice, then warmer woods, surrounding patchouli’s more grounded character with richer texture.

Try it for an afternoon in quieter colours or an evening with a cooler breeze. A beige jacket or deeper grey knit can meet its flowers and woods. The selected 100mL bottle holds a pale golden liquid in clear rectangular glass. A gold-toned cap with a lattice-like pattern sits above gold brand lettering and a blue frame around the fragrance name. Its thicker transparent base supports the composed outline, while the warmer liquid colour and finer cap details give the flower, spice and patchouli setting a more textured visual expression.
