Fat Electrician

A quirky semi-gourmand vetiver, Fat Electrician blends earthy, oily vetiver with creamy chestnut-vanilla and smoky myrrh resins, turning a dry woody note into something bittersweet, warm and quietly intimate.

Scent Development and Character

A semi-gourmand vetiver that opens with a dry, slightly spicy resinous brightness before sinking into an oily, nutty heart where earthy vetiver is wrapped in a creamy, chestnut-like vanilla accord and smoky resins of myrrh and opoponax, creating a bittersweet, melancholic warmth rather than a sharp barbershop vetiver.

Who It Is For and When to Wear It

Despite its resinous and gourmand facets, the scent wears as a close, intimate veil: projection is moderate to soft after the first hour, with a smooth, creamy vetiver-resin base that lingers steadily for most of the day, making it suited to cool weather daily wear or contemplative evenings rather than hot, humid conditions. Best suited to autumn and winter, with careful dosing in cool spring; the resinous sweetness and warm vetiver can feel heavy in high heat. Sillage is Soft to moderate sillage: a noticeable aura in the first hour, then settling into a close, intimate trail. Longevity is Moderate longevity: typically 6–8 hours on skin, with the creamy vetiver-resin base persisting longest.
