Vici Leather
Wormwood and cinnamon lead to sweeter leather and tuberose, then amber and balsamic notes, interpreting confidence through contrasting textures.
Perfumer: Julien Rasquinet
Vici Leather takes its name from Caesar’s declaration of victory, “I came, I saw, I conquered.” Created by Julien Rasquinet and introduced in 2022, it interprets confidence and presence through the relationship between leather and tuberose. The composition places a firmer leathery texture alongside the fuller softness of white flowers, allowing the two contrasting materials to share the heart.
Cinnamon, wormwood and pink pepper give the opening warmer spice and a more bitter herbal accent. Sweeter leather accords meet tuberose, whose creamy floral character softens the leather’s outline. Amber and balsamic notes then form the base, carrying that contrast into a warmer, more resinous setting while retaining the relationship between flowers and leather.
Consider it for an evening when you want leather with a softer floral texture, or a more dressed-up occasion. The 100mL bottle combines smoked glass with a rose-gold-coloured cap and shoulders. Its black circular medallion bears the eagle and fragrance name above a thick darker glass base.
